Recommended Meeting Times
1. Overlap Percentage (50% weight)
The percentage of participants who are available during the proposed time. A 100% overlap means all participants are in their work hours.
2. Fairness Score (30% weight)
Measures how evenly distributed the meeting time is across all participants' work windows. Lower variance in local times = higher fairness.
3. Work Hours Compliance (20% weight)
Penalizes times that fall outside participants' work hours. Times within work hours receive full points.
Our calculations automatically account for Daylight Saving Time transitions. When DST changes occur (typically in March and November), meeting times may shift by one hour. We recommend checking meeting times close to DST transition dates and updating your calendar accordingly.
